Tower Class-Utilizes all Mat and Cadillac exercises **Sign-up is required in advance; Min of 2 people. Please note the 24-hour cancellation policy applies to all Tower classes. |

| Mat Class-Group class that helps you learn the foundation of Pilates mat utilizing your own body for resistance. | $15 drop-in rate (10 session card $130) |
Space is limited Maximum of 10 people, Minimum of 2 people Mat class is a drop-in basis-first come-first serve.
All 10 session packages expire within in 6 months of purchase.
We currently only accept checks or cash.
Cancellation Policy:
All appointments must be cancelled 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged for the session.
