Just Pilates Body Conditioning is owned by Jana Yanover, who is certified in the Pilates Method of Body Conditioning by The Pilates Studio in New York City, and who has completed a comprehensive training program of nearly 1,000 hours of seminars and apprenticeship. She has been teaching Pilates for more than 8 years, and continues her education by attending seminars and classes across the United States. Because of her eye for detail and focus on injury prevention, and because she hires only top Pilates instructors and fitness professionals, all clients of the Just Pilates Studio are sure to get a safe, effective and personalized workout.

Typically, a series of private sessions are required to acclimate a client to the proper use of the Pilates equipment and movement. When the client can safely use the equipment, he or she then has the option of remaining with private instruction or of joining classes with two or three others. Forty-five minute mat classes are also available. The number of times a week that a client practices Pilates varies—two or three times a week is ideal, but even once a week can bring a whole new awareness to a fitness routine.

Pilates will increase confidence, appearance and health for men and women of all ages and all stages of fitness. Many medical professionals recommend Pilates as a form of preventative medicine for numerous disorders and injuries.

Just Pilates Body Conditioning Private, Duet and Trio sessions make use of all Pilates apparatus, and mat work. Mat classes are also offered, but do not involve using Pilates apparatus, and only use the body to create resistance to strengthen the core.
